We are Roy Arve Smørholm and Maya Aursnes – a couple in our 50s from beautiful Norway, and the founders of the GetOK Portal.
We’ve both walked deep paths of inner transformation – through life experience, spiritual awakenings, and years of work with therapy, coaching, energy work, and channeled insights. Along the way, we noticed a real gap: There wasn’t one unified place where spiritually curious and holistic-minded people could find quality content, support, and community all in one.
So many are searching. So many are awakening. And so many are doing it alone.
We know – because we've been there ourselves.

Roy Arve is a hypnotherapist, coach, and spiritual guide with deep insight into the human mind, consciousness work, and energy healing. He is known for his calm presence, transformative hypnosis sessions, and powerful channeled messages.
Maya is an intuitive guide, clairvoyant, and spiritual channel. With a background in health and social work, she combines deep emotional sensitivity with grounded wisdom and a strong connection to higher realms.
